Shipping & Returns

How much do I need to spend to qualify for free shipping?

There is no minimum spend to enjoy free shipping within Singapore (normal mail)! However, if you which to have something trackable, please opt for registered mail or courier.

 

What shipping options are available?

For local shipping, there are 3 options available:

  • Normal mail (no tracking) - free
  • Registered mail (trackable) - $2.00 (free above $30)
  • Standard courier (trackable) - $3.50 (free above $50)

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Upon verification of your payment, we will take 1 - 2 working days to pack and arrange for dispatch of your order via our delivery service partners. The time taken for your parcel to reach you depends on the mode of delivery you choose. Please refer to the delivery times below:

  • Normal mail

All orders sent out via "normal mail" will be dispatched via Singpost. Please allow up to 5 working days for Singpost delivery. Do note that normal mail is not trackable. Ma Pomme will not be held liable for any lost/damaged parcels sent via this mode of postage.

  • Registered mail

If you wish to track your orders, please opt for for registered mail. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for Singpost delivery. Registered mail requires a signature on delivery.

  • Standard courier

Please allow up to 2-3 working days after pick up.

 

International Shipping

For international shipping (outside Singapore), a flat fee of $10 will be applicable. International shipping is done via Singpost registered mail. International shipping is free above $100.

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Unfortunately, all orders are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have sent the incorrect order to you or if the items are defective. Please contact us via email at mapommesg@gmail.com, stating your reasons for return or exchange, a photo of the defective item and also your order number within 14 days from the date of shipment. We are happy to replace any item that has been deemed to be defective with the same item. If the item is out of stock, you can either choose to have the value of the item refunded to you, or we can also send you another item of the same value.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.
